Park Hill Neighborhood Highlights

Designed to showcase Mayor Speer’s City Beautiful program and located on high ground east of City Park, Park Hill remains one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Denver. Shaded by stately American Elms, the main roads of Park Hill, 17th Avenue, Forest, and Montview Parkway, are among the most beautiful in the city.
